Vintage Toy Ohio Art Spinning Top 4 1/2" Wide Vintage Tin Kids Toy Antique USA

I am listing an Ohio Art spinning top with removable top "handle" that is wooden with a metal center piece and a couple pointy parts that poke into the top of the toy and allow you to wind it up to spin.  Cute Blonde kids on the top of this metal toy and the base is red with six holes just below the top half, space thirds apart two each.  See pictures and email questions. The kids remind me of the comic blondie that used to be in the newspaper when I was young.  I believe this to be 1950 to 1960s area of time.  Still works.  But used, so it will be a bit rustic but nice in a vintage/antique toy collection.
