Orry the Oryx, the Doha 2006 mascot, riding a racing bicycle.

Doha 2006 Torch, which was inspired by the curved horns of the Arabian Oryx,

Doha 2006 Volunteers logo, showing two Games volunteers linking arms under the bright Asian sun.
·
Doha 2006 Environment logo, which celebrates the richness of stunning land and sea environments within Asia.

As well as the coming together of its diverse peoples, each coin also incorporates the inscription 15TH ASIAN GAMES DOHA 2006 and the Games logo. Legal Tender of Qatar Issued as legal tender of the State of Qatar, each coins obverse depicts palm trees and a dhow. Presentation Folder Each bronze coin is mounted on a brightly colored presentation card. All six mounted bronze coins are housed in a presentation folder, which contains a wealth of information about the Asian Games and Qatar, the host nation in 2006. Limited Mintage, No more than 25,000 of each of these coins released worldwide.
